More Staffing LLC is seeking an AI Web App & Automation Developer to lead the creation of internal AI-powered tools and automations that increase efficiency across the organization. You will design and develop custom web applications, automate data-heavy workflows, and integrate APIs to streamline marketing and operations systems.

What You'll Do

Design and develop custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools to streamline company operations, decision-making, and client services.
Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams.
Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
Research and implement new AI-driven automations, leveraging machine learning and LLMs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs and usability standards.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering.
Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.com, and the ability to create custom scripts or connectors.
Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document work clearly.
Self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up to date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks. A passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes is a must.
