Work on impactful infrastructure initiatives across the Carolinas as a Civil 3D CADD Design Specialist. This role supports Advanced Manufacturing & Logistics projects, focusing on civil design elements such as grading, drainage, and utility systems, within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
What You'll Do
- Execute drafting and design tasks using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related CADD tools for projects involving roads, rail, stormwater systems, earthworks, and site development
- Convert conceptual sketches and engineering input into accurate, detailed drawings and 3D models
- Support the creation of renderings and animations for proposals and client presentations
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop coordinated drawing packages and technical submissions
- Ensure designs align with project specifications and compliance standards
- Take ownership of moderately complex assignments with limited oversight
- Work across platforms, including Revit, to deliver integrated design solutions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience using Civil 3D and CADD software for civil infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in managing complex design workflows across multiple software platforms
- Background in civil site design, utilities, stormwater management, roadways, and rail systems
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with technical teams
