Hubert Burda Media is seeking an Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive insight into our digital business models, ensuring robust governance and contributing to our ongoing digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and independently execute internal audits of business processes, with a focus on risk management and internal control systems.
- Create meaningful audit reports and actively monitor the implementation of agreed-upon measures.
- Provide consulting services on topics related to governance, risk, and compliance.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects focused on digitalization and process optimization.
- Further develop Continuous Auditing processes, employing modern data analytics methods.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or controlling.
- Confident handling of data analytics methods and tools, including AI applications.
- Experience using data from ERP systems like SAP or MS 365 Business Central.
- Solid knowledge of internal control systems in processes like Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Payables, Hire-to-Retire, or Record-to-Report.
- An independent, structured, and analytical working style with high initiative.
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
- Very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- A degree with a focus on auditing, controlling, or risk management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Relevant certifications such as CIA or CISA, or motivation to acquire them.
