Lactalis is seeking an Auditor Quality Advisor - Cheese Operations to join our Group Quality Department. In this role, you will be the Quality referent for the Soft Cheese and Fresh Cheese category, developing standards and improving quality performance across our global sites.
What You'll Do
- Develop and update Lactalis Group quality and food safety standards in collaboration with various departments.
- Design and deliver internal training to maintain expertise in food safety and process control.
- Provide technical assistance to factories for quality incidents, new projects, or continuous improvement.
- Audit Lactalis industrial sites to assess their level of compliance.
- Lead expert networks to share and enrich Group standards.
- Communicate lessons learned from major non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the quality performance of industrial sites to define priority action areas.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 level education (Master's degree or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Soft Cheese and/or Fresh Cheese production plant.
- Solid knowledge of Quality systems (HACCP, validation, etc.).
- Expertise and recognized knowledge of industrial processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a passion for knowledge transfer.
- Mastery of English or willingness to develop it.
Nice to Have
- Affinity for cross-cutting topics such as water, air, cleaning, contaminants, or foreign bodies.
