Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management is hiring for a critical role within its Audit Response Team. As a centralized hub for managing external and regulatory audit requests, you will be a key member of the Wealth Management Operations team, overseeing critical audit engagements and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with stakeholders and utilize tooling to curate high-quality audit deliverables for external requests related to WM Operations.
- Manage the review and approval process for all external audit requests.
- Ensure tracking, visibility, and reporting for all external audit requests.
- Provide overall team performance management and direction for the centralized audit response function.
- Oversee engagement with senior management and external auditors to ensure tracking, transparency, and alignment on deliverables.
- Personally oversee the delivery of complex or high-risk audit requests and regulatory findings, conducting data analysis for completeness and accuracy.
- Lead efforts to ensure regulatory findings clearly document root causes, impacted scope, and required remediation, while coordinating implementation with functional owners.
- Ensure all team deliverables undergo a robust review and approval process before dissemination.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a comparable role with a regulatory change, consulting, audit, or compliance background.
- Fluency in English and a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset, and strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with an ability to provide creative solutions.
- Proven experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships, coordinating across functions, and influencing key outcomes.
- A drive to execute, ability to collaborate and learn from team members, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Wealth Management Operations team, collaborating closely with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams.
