Join EOS as an Audio-Visual Engineer and lead the hands-on deployment and configuration of complex AV systems. You will be the technical expert responsible for ensuring our conference rooms, training spaces, and auditoriums are equipped with reliable, high-performance technology. What You'll Do
- Plan and execute the installation of AV equipment, including audio systems, video conferencing solutions, and control systems.
- Integrate AV solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to verify performance and resolve technical issues.
- Configure and program AV systems to meet specific project and client requirements.
- Customize user interfaces and control systems for ease of use.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and scopes are met.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including equipment lists, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturers to source AV equipment.
- Provide on-site support and guidance to clients during system deployment.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on AV systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with AV systems quickly and effectively.
- Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on system installations, configurations, and user instructions.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in AV system implementation, installation, or integration.
- Hands-on experience with AV equipment, such as projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels.
- Strong knowledge of AV hardware, software, and protocols.
- Familiarity with system design software and configuration tools.
- Proficient in troubleshooting AV-related issues (audio, video, connectivity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with network configuration and system integration.
