Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and resolve issues in core corporate software systems on a daily basis.
- Help configure, deploy, and maintain identity management and team collaboration platforms.
- Adhere to formal change control processes when applying system updates or making configuration changes.
- Keep system documentation current, including operational runbooks and support knowledge articles.
- Support the administration of mobile device management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with managing end-user devices, including software installations, virtual desktop infrastructure, and desktop setup.
- Support the rollout and enforcement of security updates, including operating system patches and software upgrades.
- Provide initial support for network-related escalations involving Wi-Fi, virtual private networks, and firewall access.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting and performance checks for office environments in the EU region.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining local network hardware under the guidance of senior staff.
- Manage user access lifecycles within identity systems like Okta to maintain proper authorization controls.
- Participate in a regional on-call schedule to support incident response activities.
- Evaluate incoming IT requests to confirm compliance with information security and governance standards.

- The role involves regular physical activity, including moving around the office, lifting and transporting equipment weighing over 50 pounds, rearranging furniture, and installing devices in tight spaces.
