Escape Velocity Entertainment Inc is looking for an Associate Sound Designer to join a collaborative, creative team. In this role, you will develop your craft while contributing to an exciting project, working fully remotely.

What You'll Do

Design and create audio assets.
Work with the Audio Director and Audio Lead to help define and design the details of the project audio direction.
Mix and master audio assets.
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure audio is incorporated into all aspects of gameplay and enhances game experience.
Work with the audio team and project producers to spec out deliverables, locate dependencies, maintain documentation, and keep tasks within scope.
Be a positive advocate and representative for the audio team within the studio and externally.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Audio Design for games or other media.
Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and Blueprints.
Experience with Audio Middleware.
Experience working in various surround formats.
Knowledge of DAWs like Pro Tools and Reaper, sample editors and plug-ins.
Experience with source control software, such as P4V.

Nice to Have

Experience with Audiokinetic Wwise.
