Responsibilities
- Evaluates and resolves issues related to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Works closely with team members and business partners across functions to define needs, assess workflows, and create integration-focused designs.
- Applies analytical reasoning and creative thinking to address technical and operational challenges.
- Builds and sustains collaborative relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Adjusts quickly to new tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
