LTIMindtree (LT Mindtree) is hiring an Associate Principal. This role requires 13+ years of development and application modernization/containerization experience. You will lead technical teams, guide application migration to Azure PaaS, and design Azure target state architectures.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage teams of more than 5 members.
Guide the team technically.
Modernize applications to the Azure PaaS platform.
Host and configure applications on IIS and Azure PaaS services.
Containerize web application frontends and web services.
Host containerized applications on Kubernetes (AKS).
Analyze application dependencies and architecture.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams to ensure standard cloud adoption best practices.
Understand customer infrastructure landscape and design Azure Landing Zones.
Provide Azure target state solution architecture.
Ensure proposed solutions cover Azure strategy, stakeholder management, business application, infrastructure, and commercial value.
Assess application performance pre- and post-migration.
Work with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and Project Managers to understand migration requirements and provide solutions.
Prepare solution presentations.
Manage customer calls.

What We're Looking For

13+ years of development and application modernization/containerization experience.
Experience in hosting and configuring applications on IIS.
Experience in modernization of applications to Azure PaaS platform along with migration.
Expertise in application hosting configuration optimization in Azure PaaS services (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Instance).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find alternate ways to reach goals.
Ability to understand application architecture, dependencies, and integrations.
Should have led and managed a team of more than 5 members.
Very good understanding of application migration scenarios and pathways.
Hands-on web application development skills.
Hands-on experience in developing and hosting web applications on Azure PaaS platform.
Primary database skills like database connectivity configurations.
Ability to analyze application dependencies.
Well-versed with containerizing web application frontend and web services.
Should know the nitty-gritties of hosting containerized application on Kubernetes.
Understanding customer Infra landscape, Design Azure Landing Zone, and provide the Azure target state solution architecture.

Nice to Have

Troubleshooting experience with Azure PaaS platform.
Basic understanding of containerization and AKS service.
Rich experience in Azure managed services on PaaS (AKS, ACA, Web App for Containers, etc.).
Ability to manage AKS clusters.
