Nagarro is hiring an Associate Principal Consultant - Pre-sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with agency executives and stakeholders to pinpoint issues in government service delivery, compliance, regulation, and operational efficiency.
• Examine business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs specific to targeted federal, state, and local government agencies.
• Pinpoint solutions that tackle key public sector challenges, including digital transformation, legacy system modernization, government security mandates, compliance with procurement laws, and citizen service improvement.
• Conduct discovery sessions with government agencies to assess needs and analyze gaps.
• Create and present customized solution proposals that showcase measurable enhancements in government performance, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Extract requirements from RFP and RFI to assist the team in building solution architectures.
• Understand regulatory compliance across various domains.
• Establish trust-based relationships with government clients as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Share knowledge within public sector communities.
• Participate in speaking engagements, workshops, and advisory panels to advance government digital transformation and public value.
