ConnectureDRX is looking for an Associate Implementation Coordinator to join our implementation team. In this remote role, you'll provide essential support, ensuring accurate and timely builds of electronic enrollment forms using our internal software tools.
What You'll Do
- Utilize internal software tools to build, configure, and maintain client websites and enrollment forms.
- Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations.
- Create and maintain documentation of current and future processes.
- Coordinate continuous implementation support.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively as a team in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate, BA, or BS degree.
- Up to 2 years of equivalent work experience.
- Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Previous experience in a position demonstrating proficiency working with technology.
