About the Role

Join Crossfuze as an Associate Engagement Manager and manage the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will be the client's single point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and helping transform their business processes.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the single point of contact for ServiceNow client engagements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Understand client business challenges and help change the way they work.
  • Produce weekly project reports with engagement managers.
  • Manage project risks, issues, action items, and decisions.
  • Manage project resources, schedules, tasks, and other work as requested.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients.
  • Support continuous improvements to our implementation methodology.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and action follow-up.
  • Maintain a 75% billable utilization target after 180 days in the position.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Very strong communication skills with the ability to set appropriate client expectations.
  • Experience or training in project management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a client-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve success with client software implementation projects.

Nice to Have

  • Background working with external clients and companies.
  • Experience working on ServiceNow projects.
  • Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification.
