Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Associate Director (m/w/d), Marketplace Business to drive our marketplace sales strategy across multiple European countries. In this strategic key position, you will shape our assortment, steer revenue and profit goals, and contribute to our vision of ensuring everyone has their health.
What You'll Do
- Lead a service-oriented unit within a matrix structure, responsible for currently four, and in the future more, countries.
- Co-shape and implement a clear assortment strategy for the marketplace.
- Work closely with Country Heads to further optimize the marketplace strategy.
- Steer and optimize revenue and profit goals for marketplace sales.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 employees in sales.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive observation to identify optimization potential.
- Develop and implement automation measures for pre- and after-sales as well as contract processes.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies and their implementation.
- A KPI-oriented, numbers-focused way of working with a strong focus on results.
- Solid leadership experience and proven success in leading a sales team.
- Willingness to travel, specifically twice a month to Cologne.
- Strong service mentality and enjoyment of working with internal and external partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the marketplace business and a deep understanding of online marketplaces.
Team & Environment
You will lead a service-oriented unit within a matrix structure. The sales team consists of approximately 10 employees, whom you will lead and develop.
