As Associate Director, Commerce, you will play a central role in launching and scaling a new division focused on solving complex B2B commerce challenges. You'll shape the foundation of commerce operations, driving product feed strategy, client leadership, and team development from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage end-to-end product feed strategies for B2B clients, from initial audits to full-channel optimization across Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping, Amazon Business, and emerging platforms.
- Own the structure, taxonomy, and health of product feeds, ensuring accuracy and performance for catalogs with thousands of SKUs, technical specifications, and tiered pricing models.
- Manage client presence and performance on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including configuration of business-specific features like tax exemptions, procurement integrations, and volume-based pricing.
- Apply a proprietary pricing framework—Advertise, Exclude, Route to RFQ—to align product visibility with business goals and sales motion.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for executive-level client relationships, leading quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and performance reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute insights that shape long-term client roadmaps.
- Develop and refine the division’s core methodology, documenting processes, testing assumptions, and setting standards for scalable commerce operations.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve catalog quality, feed accuracy, and client deliverables, establishing best practices for AI-augmented work.
- Support business development by contributing expertise to pitches and RFP responses.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members as the division expands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years focused on product feed management and marketplace operations.
- Proven experience with enterprise feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience managing Google and Microsoft Shopping campaigns at scale.
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central is required.
- Background in B2B ecommerce, industrial distribution, or managing high-SKU product catalogs is essential.

- Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a commitment to professional development.
- Self-starter mindset—comfortable building processes from scratch and thriving in ambiguous environments.
- Practical experience applying AI tools to real-world commerce challenges, not just theoretical knowledge.
