What You'll Do
- Learn and utilize our in-house production tools to build IXL skills and skill plans
- Enter data and format spreadsheets with excellent attention to detail
- Proofread content, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or errors
- Participate in projects involving XML to format content for interactive lessons
- Rapidly implement edits to ensure the highest content quality
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work
- Understand project requirements to create guidelines and processes for a growing team
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree
- Ability to quickly master new guidelines and internal tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for improving education through technology
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferably in mathematics, English, education, or a related field
- Prior proofreading, editing, or data entry experience
- A creative eye for formatting and design
- Experience with graphic design
