AbbVie is hiring an Associate Clinical Training Manager to provide direct educational services to healthcare professionals within aesthetic practices. You will enhance clinical practice by creating bespoke educational journeys and supporting the development of AbbVie's internal Clinical Specialist team.
What You'll Do
- Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice by delivering a bespoke educational journey for each healthcare professional enrolled on a Facilitation Pathway.
- Establish a bespoke AMI Infinity curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathway with the healthcare professional to support improved patient outcomes, focusing on Beginner and Intermediate practitioners.
- Maintain a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after interactions and record all activity in VEEVA CRM for KPI monitoring.
- Support the AMI Lead, Clinical Specialist Manager, and Country training manager in delivering training and workshops within the International CS Learner Journeys (ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA, OTD Programme & DELTA).
- Provide in-field coaching and mentoring, act as a role model for best practice, and support skills development for the Clinical Specialist team, external nurses, and wider AMI team members.
- Guide healthcare professional educational curricula using AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW) to improve clinical knowledge of AA products.
- Support the delivery of key Affiliate-level AMI events as requested, including industry conferences, AMI meetings/workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a clinically-focused field (medicine, nursing, dentistry, or other patient-facing roles such as physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy).
- Prior experience in a sales or clinical specialist position within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector, preferably with exposure to aesthetics.
- Proven expertise in facilitation, training, coaching, and event management, including preparing and delivering workshops.
- Valid driver’s license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%), both locally and nationally, and occasionally internationally, including overnight stays; some weekend work may be required.
