Capgemini is looking for an Associate C2C Cash Applications Process Expert to be part of our BSv organization. In this role, you will leverage your growing knowledge of Cash Applications to help deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes. You will focus on achieving service levels and measurement targets while supporting frictionless finance practices.
What You'll Do
- Handle standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities in accordance with cash application procedure.
- Participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets of the team.
- Deliver a high quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes.
- Ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant service through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, and methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements.

- Entry to mid-Junior level experience in a Finance Administration role.
- Strong team player with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision and understands when to seek guidance or escalate.
