Medtronic was looking for an Assoc Clinical Data Spec.

Medtronic is looking for an Associate Clinical Data Specialist to support our clinical operations by developing, testing, and validating the clinical data reports and systems used in our studies. You will help improve clinical efficiency and support product development decisions at a company united by the mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection systems and reports
  • Develop and maintain systems to organize, analyze, and report clinical data and trends
  • Support the design and implementation of clinical protocols and data management processes
  • Review and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across clinical projects
  • Prepare and validate reports for clinical trial studies and internal analysis

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of or exposure to clinical data management, clinical trials, or healthcare analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with data tools, reporting systems, and databases
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
