Michigan State University is hiring a Fixed-Term Assistant/Associate/Professor in Theatre and Dance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction for undergraduate and graduate students, shaping the next generation of performing artists.
What You'll Do
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Theatre and Dance.
- Teach Theatre courses which may include Acting, Voice, Movement, Design and Technology, Musical Theatre, Theatre Studies, and Special Topics in Theatre.
- Teach Dance courses which may include Improvisation, Dance Technique of various styles, Choreography, and Special Topics in Dance.
What We're Looking For
- A BA, MA, MFA, or Ph.D. in theatre, dance, the arts, or the humanities.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at the college level.
- Professional experience in the performing arts field.
