Crocs, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to be at the heart of crafting unforgettable consumer experiences. You’ll lead the store team to deliver outstanding service while driving sales and supporting daily operations to ensure the store is business ready every day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
- Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
- Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
- Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
- Model best practices and partner with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 2-3 years of retail experience.
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.
- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor.
- Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks.
- Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
- Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer.

Team & Environment
You will partner closely with the Store Manager and report directly to them.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $19.00 - $24.50 per hour.

Work Mode
