Groupe Rocher is offering a 6-month internship for an Assistant Project Manager CSR. You will join the CSR team to contribute to the sustainable transformation of the Group and its brands, including Yves Rocher, Sabon, and Dr. Pierre Ricaud. In this role, you will help deploy CSR commitments through consumer experience and philanthropic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Actively participate in defining strategies for key group engagement pillars, such as eco-design, transparency, responsible marketing, and philanthropy, and ensure their deployment.
- Develop CSR materials for various internal teams to provide frameworks, methodologies, and message prioritization for cross-functional projects.
- Support the Responsible Products Project Manager in their missions, including workshops, issue definition, and meeting preparation.
- Conduct proactive monitoring to identify new trends and innovations in eco-designed packaging, emerging CSR communications, and philanthropic actions.
- Analyze major societal and environmental trends linked to consumer expectations and legal frameworks in Europe and other regions like Asia.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and idea exchanges on diverse projects to contribute to the Group's transformation.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac +4/5 level education from a Business School or equivalent, specializing in marketing/communication and CSR.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and comfortable handling multiple projects.
- Versatility, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability to diverse audiences.
- Creativity and curiosity for designing innovative, high-quality content.
- Motivation driven by teamwork and a desire to learn in a collaborative and engaged environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent command of English and French is mandatory.
- Personal affinity for topics related to environmental and social impact.
