United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) seeks an Assistant Project Manager to supervise and execute projects efficiently, tracking progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS per schedule. You will be responsible for translating project scope into activities, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
What You'll Do
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
- Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
- Handle resource planning, control, and productivity analysis.
- Coordinate with all contractors to resolve interdependency issues and achieve objectives.
- Create 30, 60, and 90-day look-ahead plans.
- Prepare and present presentations for senior management meetings.
- Prepare integrated schedule (L2/L3/L4 WBS) in Primavera or MS Project.
- Update and re-baseline the schedule based on inputs.
- Highlight the critical path and generate critical path reports.
- Perform schedule delay analysis and generate detailed delay reports.
- Develop catch-up plans.
- Perform resource loading, leveling, and utilization reporting.
- Conduct schedule crashing and fast-tracking as required.
- Generate various reports including Progress S-curves, Cost S-curves, and Milestone reports.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of the PMP certification process.
