What You'll Do
- Conduct original research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Develop and deliver educational content for students, residents, and fellows
- Secure external funding through grant writing and research proposals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on clinical and translational projects
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to academic service
What We're Looking For
- MD, PhD, or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated record of research productivity and scholarly activity
- Proven ability to secure research funding or clear potential to do so
- Strong commitment to teaching and mentoring in an academic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
