U-Haul Holding Company is seeking an Assistant Moving Center Manager to join our team in Memphis. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center, frequently running it in the General Manager's absence while ensuring customers receive outstanding service. You'll work as part of a dedicated team and gain valuable skills through hands-on management and continuous education.
What You'll Do
- Run the daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence.
- Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources appropriately.
- Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high-quality care.
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Leadership experience in any form.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
