Company is hiring an Assistant Manager, Retail Leasing to curate a dynamic food destination by securing leading F&B concepts. This role focuses on identifying emerging dining trends, building strong partnerships with restaurateurs, and achieving strategic leasing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and secure targeted F&B tenants including new-to-market brands, emerging dining concepts, and flagship restaurants.
- Continuously explore new restaurants, food concepts, and dining trends to identify potential tenants and innovative F&B offerings.
- Analyze tenant business plans and develop strategic leasing proposals to secure tenancy.
- Build strong relationships with restaurateurs, chefs, and F&B operators.
- Oversee marketing and negotiation with anchor tenants to establish long-term partnerships.
- Define leasing and negotiation strategies to achieve rental targets and business objectives.
- Supervise lease administration processes including legal documentation and contract management.
- Monitor international and local F&B trends, sought-after brands, and dining innovations, and provide insights to management.
- Provide input to interior designers during the design process to ensure alignment with the F&B concept and tenant mix.
- Collaborate with Frasers Property group companies locally and overseas for cross-marketing opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong interest in food, dining culture, and emerging restaurant trends.
- Passion for exploring new restaurants and staying updated with F&B concepts and culinary trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good command of English communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail leasing, shopping mall leasing, or F&B-related businesses will be an advantage.
