Kwik Trip | Kwik Star is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of running a retail and food service location. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring food safety, controlling inventory, managing profitability, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all operational aspects of a retail and food service location.
- Hire, train, and schedule a team of 20-60 coworkers.
- Ensure food safety standards are met.
- Manage ordering and inventory control processes.
- Analyze and manage P&L (Profit & Loss) statements.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and inviting store.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $52,000.00 to $79,100.00 annually.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
- 40% of pre-tax profits shared with coworkers via annual bonuses, typically amounting to 8-12% of gross annual wages.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at Kwik Trip 209.
