Amil is looking for an Assistant Administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and managing administrative routines within the healthcare sector, serving as a key point of contact for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client requests from HR managers and brokers regarding service processes like Reimbursement, Registration Movement, and Service Network via in-person, email, or phone, contacting business areas as needed to resolve issues.
- Open and manage internal client requests in tools like Workflow, Salesforce, and InterAgir, monitoring SLAs and ensuring compliance with service deadlines.
- Guide clients in person, by email, phone, or in meetings on the use of available tools such as the app, Amil website, and Manager portal, fostering their autonomy.
- Support other administrative routines, including assigning demands in systems and email inboxes to direct requests to the appropriate team.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma completed.
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative routines, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency with the Basic Office Package.
- Availability to work a 100% in-person model.
