Company is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator for our location at Wrentham Villg Prem. In this role, you'll be responsible for protecting people, assets, and our brand by creating a safe environment. Your focus will be on identifying and mitigating external theft and fraud trends, conducting investigations, training store teams, and collaborating with law enforcement and prosecutors.
What You'll Do
- Identify, resolve, and train store teams on internal and external theft awareness and reduction.
- Manage emergency preparedness, conduct risk analysis, and implement threat mitigation strategies.
- Support and execute shortage and safety programs.
- Collaborate with leadership, internal/external partners, and law enforcement to build cases and prosecute habitual offenders.
- Maintain operational controls and ensure compliance with policies.
- Conduct investigations focused on habitual offenders and high-impact external theft or fraud incidents.
- Utilize company technology, including CCTV, Incident Reporting, and Data Analysis tools.
- Teach and train Store Leaders and Brand Associates in safe practices for handling external theft events.
- Train team members on the use of Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
- Interact with State, County, and Local Law Enforcement to develop comprehensive cases on habitual and aggressive offenders.
- Provide expertise and influence Law Enforcement Agencies to assist in safe apprehensions.
- Represent Company and interact with Prosecuting Attorney’s Offices to prosecute cases meeting legal standards.

- Skill in researching processes or transaction flows to identify the root cause of errors.
