Ascento AG is seeking a dedicated individual to provide remote technical support for our robots during night shifts and weekends. You will be the critical link ensuring our worldwide fleet stays operational by debugging issues live and coordinating on-site support when needed.
What You'll Do
- Keep world-wide robots running by debugging and solving remote issues live.
- Decide on solutions quickly in collaboration with the remote robot supervisor.
- Be on-call during nights and weekends to investigate remote robot issues.
- Coordinate with customers and field technicians when on-site support is required.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying for a BSc or MSc, or equivalent experience, in robotics, computer science, electronics, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience with robotic projects, involving Linux/Ubuntu and ROS.
- Goal-driven and independent work style.
- Must be located in Zurich.
