Required Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on commercial software development experience using Java - Comprehensive understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design pattern implementation - Extensive knowledge of Java Core and Spring framework technologies - Proficiency in vanilla JDBC database interactions - Robust comprehension of RDBMS concepts and SQL, with PostgreSQL expertise - Demonstrated experience with distributed messaging systems, especially RabbitMQ - Proven capability in microservices and distributed transactional system development - Deep understanding of scalable and high-availability application design principles - Strong foundation in algorithmic thinking, design patterns, and data structure concepts - Advanced proficiency in unit/functional testing frameworks like JUnit 4/5, Spock, and Testcontainers Will be a plus: - Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis - Kubernetes and Nomad experience - AWS services knowledge - Oracle database proficiency - Application and infrastructure monitoring expertise - Demonstrated ability to diagnose production software challenges - Exposure to high-load system environments - Excellent English communication skills Responsibilities: As a Java Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in engineering and implementing an enterprise-level system serving tens of thousands of daily users.
