Role Description You will architect technical solutions for cloud or on-premises environments. Additionally, you'll drive R&D design through innovative research and advanced analytical approaches. Your role involves designing solutions for complex engineering projects by applying extensive domain expertise in performance testing. You'll provide comprehensive oversight of code and design reviews, ensuring feature delivery meets stringent business and quality standards. Our teams manage mission-critical components of a globally distributed, rapidly growing platform (including Hashrate Marketplace and unique mining pools), offering unprecedented impact on product trajectory with significant organizational visibility and ownership potential. This position reports directly to the CTO and is fully remote. Responsibilities: - Actively engage in product design phases, analyzing requirements and proposing innovative solutions - Collaborate on architectural definitions, prioritizing scalability and security - Develop high-quality code with emphasis on implementation precision - Contribute to evolutionary product maintenance - Design, document, automate, and execute comprehensive test plans - Participate in feature generation and analytical processes Basic Requirements: - Possess comprehensive and deep technical knowledge, recognized as an expert across multiple domains - Strong proficiency in database technologies including SQL, PL/pgSQL, and relational schema design - Advanced understanding of architectural principles and software engineering - Proven experience developing and optimizing high-availability server-side applications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline - Profound programming expertise, with preference for Golang - Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs and design principles - Fluent English communication skills Preferred Requirements: - 5+ years professional software engineering experience - Blockchain technology and mining pool industry knowledge - Agile development methodology expertise - Experience building scalable, distributed systems - Proven track record delivering web-scale data systems - Certificate management capabilities - Proficiency with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Postgres - Collaborative remote team experience Ideal Candidate Profile: - Passionate about cryptocurrency and public blockchain technologies - Motivated to pioneer a new market around Hashrate as a commodity - Enthusiastic about evolving software architecture for robustness - Enjoys innovative coding and pushing technological boundaries - Brings team energy while maintaining high-quality, schedule-driven performance Luxor is committed to diverse, inclusive hiring.
