Bausch + Lomb is hiring an Area Sales Manager responsible for executing territory business plans and managing customer relationships within the eye care sector. You'll drive sales and brand loyalty across Taiwan.
What You'll Do
- Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Regularly visit eye care practices to provide product updates, negotiate contracts, and ensure brand loyalty.
- Lead collaborative efforts between internal departments (Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service) to resolve complex account issues.
- Onboard new sales representatives or act as a 'Team Lead' within the regional sales force.
- Analyze practice data to help ECPs identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct product training sessions and in-office training for opticians and staff.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback to internal teams.
- Identify and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory to advocate for the brand.

This is a local-country role based in Taipei, Taiwan (TW).
