RemoteVA PH is hiring an Architectural Manager Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support for an architecture manager. In this role, you will ensure efficient workflow through meticulous email and task management, schedule coordination, and document handling.
What You'll Do
- Sort and prioritize emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages
- Open and organize tasks for the architecture manager
- Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate project timelines
- Handle basic document organization and report preparation
- Ensure efficient workflow by assisting in administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably in architecture or construction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with email management and task management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows
- Experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar task management software
- Background in architecture, construction, or a related industry is a plus
