Netomi is looking for an Architect - Product Quality to establish a comprehensive quality framework for our suite of AI products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality strategy, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the overall quality strategy and standards for Netomi's product portfolio.
- Design systematic processes for quality assurance, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and data science teams to embed quality into the development process.
- Establish key quality metrics and monitoring systems to measure and report on product health.
- Lead initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate quality risks in product design and architecture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior-level quality, test architecture, or technical product leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing quality frameworks for complex software products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define meaningful quality metrics and KPIs.
