ANA United States is establishing a candidate pipeline for future Architect I openings within its Architecture team, focusing on Government & Civic projects. This role is part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) network. You’ll be considered for upcoming opportunities and contacted when a suitable position matching your skills becomes available.
What You'll Do
- Act as a project resource by completing assigned activities within budget, timeframe, and quality objectives.
- Review your own work to ensure it meets specified standards before submission.
- Assist in the development of design concepts across permit and technical phases.
- Develop detailed design solutions addressing client needs and compliance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive drawing packages, including plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications.
- Conceptualize and present design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations.
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to support design development.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other disciplines.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture design work.
- Experience in wood frame constructions, residential or other types.
- Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and TwinMotion or Enscape.
- Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Nice to Have
- Ability to contribute to the team’s digital initiative and automation of processes.
- Proficiency in BIM.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo.

This role offers a hybrid work mode and is open to candidates based in India, Romania, or the Philippines.
