Wing Assistant is hiring an Appointment Setter

About the Role

The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for clients
  • Manage and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment details
  • Send reminders to clients before their appointments
  • Update the appointment system with any changes or cancellations
  • Ensure that all appointments are scheduled efficiently

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
