Anypear is hiring an Applied AI Engineer - Remote, UK Company

Anypear is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build agentic workflows and data pipelines that optimize performance and growth for YouTube creators. You'll report directly to the Director of Data and Technology in an exciting, fast-growing creator economy business.

What You'll Do

• Design, test, and ship production-grade agentic workflows in Python, ideally using LangGraph.
• Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of fast, reliable data pipelines.
• Launch an internal agentic tool to improve team efficiency and quality.
• Improve the speed and reliability of our data pipelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 3 years in an AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering position.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills, especially explaining technical points to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly and effectively prototype solutions.
• Keen interest in applying AI to solve business problems.
• Knowledge of applying LLMs and developing, testing, and deploying agentic systems in Python, ideally with LangGraph.
• Deep knowledge of Python and relevant libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow, and ideally Cloud Composer.
• Good understanding of DevOps processes, including Docker, CI/CD in GitHub Actions, and deploying in GCP.
• Good understanding of GCP, especially Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, and Google App Engine.
• Deep knowledge of version control with GitHub.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing, deploying, and testing APIs & RAG systems.
• Background in the digital content or media sector, ideally with YouTube.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
