Mass General Brigham Community Physicians is hiring an Applications Manager, Beacon Oncology to provide overall direction and ensure the assigned applications support our organizational goals. You will supervise the applications development program and analyst staff to deliver high-quality services.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and approve staff hiring, work allocation, training, and performance management.
- Execute operational strategies, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and improve employee performance.
- Monitor performance, problem-solve, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure applications align with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Monitor application performance to ensure proper operation.
- Ensure quality assurance of development processes and find ways to advance applications.
- Validate and ensure consistent solutions to security threats, viruses, or performance errors.
- Monitor the application lifecycle to ensure timely updates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Current Epic certification(s).
- 8-10+ years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience with Epic applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Beacon Oncology.
