Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of application features by collaborating with experienced team members, engaging in training sessions, and reviewing technical materials.
- Work closely with end users to gather, clarify, and document system requirements.
- Apply technical and analytical expertise to identify optimal methods for customizing systems to meet specific needs.
- Configure and develop system components using built-in application tools to fulfill defined requirements.
- Produce clear documentation for any custom system configurations or builds.
- Design test cases and scenarios aligned with functional requirements.
- Conduct system testing and detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues to determine root causes.
- Contribute to planning efforts for application rollouts and upgrades.
- Support deployment activities, including providing assistance during non-standard business hours when necessary.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects under supervision, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Enhance existing system functionality using available application development tools.
- Engage in thorough testing of software patches, updates, and new releases.
- Respond promptly to user-reported problems, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality service by communicating professionally, showing empathy, and setting realistic resolution timelines.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call schedule to address escalated system issues from support teams.
- Coordinate with vendor technical staff to investigate and resolve product-related problems.
- Engage in vendor-hosted user groups and online forums, and review product update materials to maximize system capabilities.
- Engage in cross-training activities, both as a trainer and learner, to support skill development and ensure backup coverage.

- Full-time schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
- After-hours on-call duty required approximately once every three months.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
