Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise-level software platforms
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
- Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure application stability
- Support integration between systems and third-party tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application errors and outages
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Respond to service requests and escalate when necessary
- Optimize application performance and resource utilization
- Assist in user access management and permissions
- Maintain accurate records of system changes and incidents
- Work with vendors for support and issue resolution
- Support deployment of new application features
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems
- Provide input on system scalability and improvements
- Follow change management protocols for system updates
- Assist in onboarding new applications into production
- Ensure backup and recovery processes are functional
- Monitor logs and alerts for potential issues
- Coordinate with development teams during application lifecycles
