The Role - Architect integration solutions utilizing TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and complementary middleware technologies - Execute API-driven connectivity between core and peripheral banking systems - Engage in architectural assessments, code evaluations, and solution documentation - Maintain rigorous adherence to security, privacy, and performance protocols - Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and monitoring of integration elements - Provide comprehensive support during system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementations - Diagnose and resolve integration-related challenges in partnership with support teams Who You Are - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline - 4–10 years of comprehensive experience in integration or middleware development roles - Proven expertise with TIBCO (BW5 / BW6 / EMS) or analogous middleware platforms - Demonstrated proficiency with API management platforms (e.g., WSO2) - Comprehensive understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST, XML integration standards - Substantial experience in API development and integration frameworks - Proficiency with messaging technologies (e.g., JMS) and database systems (e.g., Oracle) - Desirable working knowledge of version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and containerization technologies - Significant exposure to banking domain integrations Being You Diversity transcends demographic characteristics, encompassing thought processes and individual perspectives.
