Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Partner Account Managers in ANZ to consistently surpass performance goals.
- Promote a team culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure clear strategic direction, disciplined execution, and measurable results in all partner initiatives.
- Design and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for the ANZ region to boost revenue, pipeline, and market reach.
- Source, onboard, and scale key reseller and distribution partnerships.
- Create and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to increase sales velocity and sustainable growth.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with key partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison.
- Manage complex partnership agreements and contract negotiations aligned with shared business goals.
- Strengthen the company's value proposition within the partner network.
- Work closely with ANZ sales leadership, district managers, and account executives to align territory strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns, programs, and events that drive demand and broaden market access.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and executive-level forums.
- Develop efficient processes, best practices, and performance indicators to enhance partner effectiveness and return on investment.
- Ensure reliable pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and clear business visibility across all partner channels.
- Continuously analyze market trends to uncover new growth areas and competitive opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling partner sales teams in ANZ, including oversight of team leads.
- Consistent success in building and expanding reseller and distributor networks.
- Track record of delivering channel-driven revenue growth and pipeline development.
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and execute territory and partner strategies that optimize revenue and efficiency.
- Solid business insight with experience in joint planning, negotiating agreements, and partner investment frameworks.
- Executive-level presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying value propositions across complex organizations.
- Passion for driving change and promoting cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on long-term partner and client success.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
