Responsibilities
- Play a proactive role in advancing and refining the organization's compliance framework, with a focus on antitrust regulations
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the antitrust compliance framework through regular engagement with regional teams
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries and enhance processes related to association activities
- Lead ongoing improvements to the global antitrust risk assessment and support stakeholders with antitrust-related guidance
- Create, evaluate, and revise corporate policies and directives concerning antitrust laws
- Manage the implementation of worldwide antitrust compliance initiatives
- Design training materials and preventive strategies in coordination with internal departments
- Deliver antitrust compliance training across all business units and central functions
- Develop and deploy risk mitigation tools, including internal controls and monitoring systems
- Lead post-incident reviews and refine the effectiveness of the antitrust compliance management system
- Monitor evolving regulations, compliance benchmarks, and industry developments
- Build and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework to ensure current and accessible antitrust resources
- Support external audits of the compliance program by providing accurate and timely responses
