Anthology is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Test to focus on test development and execution for our systems. You will be an active member of an agile team, creating automation frameworks, developing test strategies, and designing and maintaining complex testing environments.

What You'll Do

• Provide support for test development and execution against Anthology’s systems.
• Become an active member of an agile team of developers participating in daily stand-ups, design sessions, and code reviews.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Develop the test strategy for features, incorporating the right balance of unit tests, integration/API tests, and UI tests.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex testing environments.
• Perform all aspects of verification including functional, regression, load, and system testing as well as documentation.
• Work in a KanBan team focused on delivering quality solutions to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in QA manual testing and automation.
• Desire to work as a member of an inclusive, cross-functional team.
• Self-starter who can complete work with limited supervision in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in a global environment.
• Experience developing test automation scripts for web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• A technical understanding of database configuration and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Light experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON.
• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.

Nice to Have

• Working experience with CI/CD lifecycles and Git.
• Experience with Django Framework.
• Experience with Svelte.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience in CSS and HTML.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, specifically KanBan.
