Responsibilities
- Guide the team through Agile processes including sprint planning, task assignment, retrospectives, and coordination across teams
- Build high-performance, scalable user interfaces using the Angular framework
- Establish performance objectives for team members, track progress, and deliver actionable feedback
- Advocate for clean code, modern front-end architecture, and efficient performance practices
- Lead and oversee code reviews to maintain technical alignment, quality, and compliance with internal standards
- Offer technical mentorship and support career progression for team members
- Foster a positive, engaging team culture that encourages motivation and ownership
- Work closely with architects, product managers, UX designers, and other team leads to align on product goals and technical strategy
- Shape front-end system design, technology choices, and long-term technical direction
- Ensure front-end systems remain performant, secure, and scalable through proactive monitoring and maintenance
