Tixr is looking for a Sr Android Engineer to collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and other team members to deliver our highest caliber products. You will have extensive autonomy to explore and innovate for the betterment of our products while building the foundation to lead and manage an excellent team of developers.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of mobile engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of modern Android development.
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, performant object-oriented Java & Kotlin.
- Experience with Android development tools.
- Care about quality and know what it means to ship high quality code.
- High level understanding of end to end systems.
- Experience with web-based API Integrations (RESTful, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
- Strong leadership, prioritization and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a variety of modern databases (Relational, NoSQL, etc.).
- Experience with 3rd party SDK integrations.

- Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 + equity
