Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and guide a team of analysts, supporting their technical advancement and career progression through hands-on coaching and knowledge exchange

Client Engagement & Strategic Insight
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels—from subject matter experts to senior executives—ensuring analytics initiatives align with strategic priorities
- Identify opportunities to expand value within existing accounts and contribute to proposals that address evolving client needs
Technical Execution
- Apply advanced SQL and Python skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large-scale financial datasets
- Design and implement analytics solutions using cloud platforms, with growing integration of AI and generative AI tools
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems that translate technical findings into clear business insights
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 1–2 years leading or mentoring teams
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data environments
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related analytical field
- Experience in financial services, particularly with banking data and regulatory considerations, is highly valued
