Arcadia is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Insights to analyze customer data and generate insights that directly inform our product development and marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll join our mission-driven culture focused on sustainability and clean energy access.

What You'll Do

Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Generate insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., data analyst, business analyst, customer insights analyst).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis.

Team & Environment

You’ll join the Customer Insights team within Research & Development, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams, and reporting to the Manager/Director of Customer Insights.
