RTX Corporation is hiring an Analyst, Product & Technician Services (Remote)

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX Corporation, is hiring an Analyst, Product & Technician Services to design, develop, and support software systems for our Engine Health Management Services (EHM). You will provide direct support to proprietary applications as part of the Engine Diagnostics Engine Health Management and Data Services team, crucial for our Commercial Engines Aftermarket operations.

What You'll Do

• Work under supervision to support new software development for Commercial Engine Aftermarket ADEM Operations.
• Support Customer Setup, Customer Support, and EMP Billing for ADEM Products within Commercial Engine Fleet Management Programs.
• Provide customer assistance and troubleshoot fleet management configurations, software automations, and mailbox management.
• Coordinate with Server Developers and Database Managers for advanced troubleshooting.
• Generate reports to allow management to understand global engine performance.
• Handle large-scale data processing, both manually and automatically.
• Communicate with contractor teams to ensure compliance with database quality standards.
• Understand the undocumented legacy of thousands of automations for ACARS Message Processing.
• Maintain airline configurations in the ADEM System based on incomplete information from PW Field Representatives and Airlines.
• Utilize the PW Engine Health Data Analytics framework to ensure data accuracy after implementing processing automation.
• Support the development and implementation of standard work for these services.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Use English (read, write, speak) when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Communication skills and the ability to present information to a team.
• Interpersonal skills to work professionally with individuals and teams at all company levels.
• Coding skills in basic programming knowledge (Perl or Python, SQL).
